April, I, Vika, Wiwid, Miftha, and Ditya participated in a wall magazine
competition at Taman Kuliner Condongcatur. It was held to commemorate the
anniversary of Sleman Regency. We went to Taman Kuliner Condongcatur by car.
When we arrived there, the committee
told us to fill the present list. Then, we sat in a big garden. There were many
other participants at the garden. They came from many different schools in
Sleman Regency, from kindergarten until senior high school.
The first day was a process of
writing the rubric of the wall magazine. We just copied the rubric who already
we made two weeks before the wall magazine competition. Then, we patched them
on the sterofoam.
The second day was a decorating
process. We had debate with Mr. Sugeng who disagree with our concept. But, we
can united our concept with Mr. Sugeng’s and Mrs. Puji’s idea. So, our wall
magazine looked nice and beautiful.
Two months later, Mrs. Supri told us
that our wall magazine got the third rank for junior high school category.
Unbelievable! It was the first time we had taken part in a wall magazine
competition. We were very happy and proud.
Sharks are the most fearsome predatory fish of the seas. There are 375 species of sharks. They live mostly in warm seas.
Their torpedo-shaped bodies make them very fast swimmers. Sharks have a skeleton made of rubbery cartilage. Most other kinds of fish have bony skeletons.
The world’s biggest fish is the whale shark. It can grow well to over 12 metres long. Unlike others sharks, the whale shark and the basking shark mostly eat plankton and are completely harmless.
Sharks main weapon are its teeth. They are powerful enough to bite through steel plate. The killing machine of the shark world is great white shark. This shark is responsible for most attacks on humans. Up to 20 people die from recorded shark attack each year. So, be careful when you swim in the sea.

Skin is an important organ of the human body. It covers the body and performs many special functions.
Skin is the largest organ in the human body. It weights between two and three kilograms and is either glabrous or hairy. Glabrous skin is that found on the palms of the hands and the souls of the feet.
It is smooth and hairless. Hair skin covers the rest of the body and this varies in texture, thickness, and amount of hair.
Skin is made up two layers. The outer layer is epidermis. This is mainly dead or dying skin cells. Beneath the epidermis is the dermis. The dermis is made from tougher fibres and is thicker than the epidermis. Within the dermis are nerves, blood vessels, and glands.
Skin does a number of important things for the body. It provides a protective covering for the body, helps to prevent the body from drying out, holds the body organs in place, and regulates the body temperature.
The skin, therefore, is a complex part of the human body.

One day a poor fisherman caught a silver fish. The fish said it would gave the fisherman three wishes if he let it go.
When he reached home, he told his wife what had happened. His wife asked him to go to the seashore and asked the fish to change their hut into a cottage.
So the fisherman went to the seashore. The fish knew what would he say and it said that his wife already has her wish.
A few days later she didn’t living in a cottage and she asked to living in a castle.
Again she got her wish.
A few days later she got tired living in a castle. She wanted to be Queen of the country.
Again she got her wish. The fish remembered him that it was the last wish.
So, the fisherman’s wife became Queen of the country, but it wasn’t enough. She wanted to be Queen of the whole world. The fisherman tried to tell his wife that they had no more wish, but she wouldn’t listen. So he went to tell the fish what his wife wished.
The fish was very angry and then it changed the palace back into their old hut. That was the greedy wife deserved.
